June
3rd June: Trust staff, along with colleagues in ELFS and Future Directions, attended the NHS Confederation in Liverpool. We had a prominent stall, staffed by experts from across the Calderstones Group, and senior staff attended the various functions and presentations over the course of the three days.
6th June: In accordance with the government’s paper ‘Hard Truths: the Journey to Putting Patients First’ we published our monthly staffing figures. There is a dedicated webpage with easy to navigate links from the Trust homepage and detailed information about staffing. The figures are updated monthly and promoted online.
10th June: We welcomed Doctors from the Bangladesh Government and Medico-legal Society who were our guests for a few days to see our research into autism, psychopathology and forensic medicine.
12th June: As World Cup fever swept across the country the newly-refurbished Herbstones Restaurant was decked out each day in flags and footballing insignia.
The menus were themed on the games due that day – and with Italy due to play, 12th June was officially Pasta Day!
