Megan Nurse
Non Executive Director Appointed as Non-Executive Director in May 2014
(Member of the Strategy & Performance Committee, Quality and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee)
Megan is a former Assistant Chief Executive at Tameside Borough Council. She had particular responsibility for Transformation, Performance and Partnership Working and working closely with public, private and voluntary organisations to deliver efficiencies and new models of service delivery. Megan also led Tameside Council’s public consultation and engagement programme.

Julia Possener,
Non Executive Director
Appointed as Non-Executive Director on 1 December 2012 for three years, ending 30 November 2015. Chair of the Audit Committee, member of the Strategy & Performance Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Julia is a solicitor by training and worked as a Corporate Finance Lawyer in a number of senior legal, governance, compliance and business roles including leading the Group Secretariat function and as part of the General Counsel leadership team. In 2011 Julia completed the Coaching for Organisational Consultants course at Ashridge Business School.
Executive Coaching and career support is now a cornerstone of her activity and, in particular, supporting women in leadership positions.
She studied at the LSE before taking a conversion course at the College of Law, London where she was awarded a commendation.
Qualifications
BSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics, Solicitor of England and Wales.
