Ian Bevan
Senior Independent Director
Appointed as a Non Executive Director in January 2015.
Ian is a Chartered Management Accountant, spending the early part of his career as Unit Accountant at both Christie and Wythenshawe Hospitals. Since then he has spent his time in the Transport Industry holding posts of Finance Director at Lancaster City Transport, GM Buses, GNER and Northern Rail. Ian was Managing Director at Northern Rail between 2010 and 2013.
Ian brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning, finance, Government regulation and operational management.
Andrea Campbell
Non Executive Director
Appointed as Non Executive Director on 1 December 2012 for three years ending 30 November 2015.
Chair of the Quality & Risk Committee, member of the Audit Committee, member of Remuneration Committee
In 2012 Andrea and colleagues set up a new Community Interest Company to deliver mental health services. She has been a member of
a joint Ministry of Justice/Department of Health working group which developed a national strategy for women offenders with personality disorder including a pathway of support ranging from prison to community.
In the 1990s, Andrea was Director of the North West Secure Commissioning team when responsibility was devolved from the Department of Health. She was a member of the forensic services advisory group developing the first national policy for women’s mental health.

MA, Social and Public Policy (University of Leeds).
Jonathan Drew
Non Executive Director
Appointed as Non-Executive Director on 1 April 2008 for a four year term until 31 March 2012. In June 2012 his appointment was extended until 31 May 2014. In May 2014 the appointment was extended for a further
6 months. Acting Chairman from 1 April 2013 until 30 April 2013.
Currently Financial Director of Call Print Group Ltd, a reprographics and print business. Previously Managing Director of Entwistle Group and a Non Executive Director of Graphic Dealers.

BA (Economics); FCA.
Alan Jefferson
Non Executive Director
Appointed as Non-Executive Director on 1 November 2010 for a three year term of office. Appointed as Senior Independent Director from 1 December 2012, reappointed for a 3 year term of office from 1st November 2013 to 31st October 2016.
Chair of the Strategy & Performance Committee, Quality & Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee.
Alan was a social worker for Lancashire Social Services for 30 years, the last ten of which he was an Assistant Director of Social Services. Alan then moved on to become the North West Director of the Care Quality Commission and of its two predecessor bodies. For the last 15 years he has been associated with the British Institute of Learning disabilities and was appointed its Chair in 2010. Alan is chairman of Future Directions CIC, part of the Calderstones Group.
Qualifications
BA (Sociology) M Phil (Social Work), Certificate of Qualification in Social Work, Postgraduate Diploma in Management.
