The Trust returned some of the best scores nationally for Mental Health Trusts for communications, support from managers and feedback from service users.
Mark Hindle, Chief Executive, responded to the survey in staff briefings and in the press. He said:
“I am pleased to see the many positives in these results, which show staff recognise that care and engagement are our top priorities. We’ve also worked hard to ensure we
deliver good communications and ensure staff are trained and supported by their managers. As we move forward and as the heath economy changes, it’s important to really value the resilience of staff and the support we all have for our service users.”
